In order to receive a duplicate of your AHA completion card you must contact the center where you received your CPR training. It is the responsibility of the training center to issue duplicate cards. If you received your training at Marion CPR simply call our office and we will help you replace your card. Fortunately, since the American Heart Association has switched to eCards is it simple to get a duplicate of your card.
Simply follow these steps to recover your lost CPR eCard
(You originally received your completion card electronically)
- Search your inbox for an email from [email protected] or [email protected]
- Visit this LINK
- Enter the information you provided your training center (First Name, Last Name and Email Address – Must be the original email address you provided)
- View, download and print your CPR eCard

Lost your printed card?
(You received a printed completion card in person or by mail)
- You will need to contact your training center to receive a duplicate card.
- The training center may require a payment to re-issue your card
