Terms and Conditions

Pre-payment for class:  We recommend everyone schedule their course on www.marioncpr.com . You will receive an email confirmation confirming your reservation.  Pre-payment and deposits are not required at Marion CPR.  However, if you do not show for your appointment that is not pre-paid, you will have to pre-pay for all future courses.  Please give us a courtesy call if you will not be able to attend because there are limited seats and another student could attend in your place if your can’t show.

Late for class?: If you will only be a few minutes late, it typically is not a problem.  However, if you do not call to let us know you are running late we have the right to have you reschedule.  You will not receive a refund, but you will also not be charged a rescheduling fee.  Life happens, we understand and we do our best to always make it work out for you.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, simply call our office at (352) 653-8821 or send us an email through the contact page at www.MarionCPR.com website.  We understand emergencies happen, responsibilities with children and the pesky boss calling you into work happen so it is no big deal.  Try your best to give at least a 24 hour notice so other students can fill your seat.  Do not call 5 minutes before class.  There is no fee to reschedule if you contact us 24 hours prior to your scheduled course. .

Cancellations: All cancellations must be completed by calling our office at (352) 653-8821.  Refunds are given if the cancellation occurs 48 hours prior to course with the exception of blended/heartcode courses that are not refundable. If within 48 hours you may reschedule your class to a later date with no fee added.  

NO-Shows/Missed Appointments:  Sorry there is no refund for no show and you will need to purchase a new seat.  This is a strict policy because when a student no-shows a class, other students were turned down from attending because your seat was reserved.  This can be avoided by a simple call to our office.  We have to be fair to instructors and even more so to students.
